Research shows that members of high-performance teams rely on their strengths 75% of their time. Engaged workers are the lifeblood of organizations. Yet, Gallup research has found that 70 percent of American workers are not engaged or are actively disengaged in their jobs, which costs U.S. businesses up to $550 billion per year. The general population, however, reports that it leans on its strengths less than 20% of the time. Why? They focus on what they don’t do well. Consequently, they fail to leverage what comes naturally. This program aims to correct that problem. Based on Gallup’s Strengthsfinder 2.0, this course will help the participants recognize their talents, build them into strengths, and work better both individually and together as a team.
DESCRIPTION: In this course, you will discover your individual talents and learn how to develop them to their potential. In addition, you will learn how your strengths impact others, and develop a common language for understanding differences and building strong teams. Participants will leave this active training session with a thorough understanding of their natural gifts along with practical tools they can immediately apply at work and home.
